Choosing Cell Phones
It seems that these days, nearly everyone has a cell phone. There are so many manufacturers and so many new models, it’s hard to keep up on the latest trends.
But choosing cell phones is about more than picking the hottest new model; it’s about comparing plans and accessories. It’s also about finding the best deal, and manufacturers are offering great deals to make sure that you choose theirs.
When comparing cell phones, you’ll notice that the manufacturers create their phones and other wireless products so that they can be used with different service plan providers. For example, if you choose T-Mobile and sign up with their camera phone plan, you’re free to choose your preference of phones made by Motorola and Sony Ericsson. Shop around, because not every company makes products that are compatible with all plans and deals.
Before choosing a new phone that appeals to you and meets your needs, make sure that it will work with a suitable plan. The best way to accomplish this is to find the service plan you want first, and then shop around for the cell phones and wireless products that can work with that plan. When you find the plan and the phone you want, you can then purchase both. Many of the best wireless phone plans also offer bundled packages that include the service plan and the phone for one low price.
When the time comes for choosing cell phones, make a shortlist of the manufacturers you’re interested in, and check out some of the reviews and consumer reports that are available. The ratings and comments are available in magazines and online, and reading them can certainly help you to narrow down your choices. There is a wealth of information regarding cell phone companies on the Internet, just ready for you to take advantage of the information.
Like any task, choosing cell phones can be easier if you have the right information at hand. Compare prices and products to find the cell phone that best suits your needs and you budget.

Help answer the question about compare cell phones
How does the sound quality on these new cell phones compare to an MP3 or IPod?My daughter wants one of those "Chocolat" phones so that she can play her tunes and blab at her whim. My wife wants her to get an Ipod and keep her old cell phone. I know the ipods are much better than most of the MP3 players out there, but I don't have a clue about the phones. Some are 40 channels, some are 64 channels, but the Ipod just lists a frequency response, which sounds better to me.

You will be a lot better off buying a camera and a cell phone separately. 2 meg is ok, but 5 meg is whats really needed for what you want it to do. A USB cable with a camera like the Kodak C340 will be a really good combo and the pictures are going to be clear like you want. Go to this site and do your homework on your phone choice. http://www.mobile-phone-solutions.com
i would favor both ways.
Say yes, they r…
kids run up bills on parents
effect health (on the phone, instead of goin to gym)
say no…
give parents peace of mind about childrens whereabouts
good in emergencies
great way to stay in touch
hope this helps!!

razr v3 is nice, has mp3 ringer and mpeg4 video playback. the camera though is only vga which means about 0.6 megapixel.
if that aint matter then razr v3 is a good buy. if you really want the best then go for motorola z12 or nokia n95. hope i help!
I would go with the blackberry pearl, it has a lot more functions than the razr does, especially with the trackball and qwerty keypad. It does have a slightly smaller screen, but it's a lot nicer. The cam also has flash, but does not have 8x zoom like the v8, has only 5x, but it doesn't matter anyhow.
its all the same.. internet tethering
you wont find this info on carriers sites because they are the ones paying for data, and this really drops the bomb on tethering. so youll have to look through cell phone forums for the answer.
here are some business phones. all are touchscreen. some may not be released yet. all hv 3g (for faster browsing) and wifi. some hv qwerty keyboards. all can check orders, e-mails, etc. all of them also hv a 2mp cam (in case u want to take a few pictures and put them online)
(not in order)

You should really get verizon. There plans are a little exspensive but they give you great protection and great phones. Alot of the phones can get on the internet you just have to but the 15.00 vcast option. I have been so happy with verizon. Plus I get service in almost anywhere!
