In Singapore, you can find just about anything electronic in Sim Lim Square, but watch out, you really need to know your prices and exchage rates or your tech deal could wind up costing a lot more than you expected. Don't mistake Sim Lim Square with Sim Lim tower which is kitty corner from the Square. There are great bargains there, but only if you want electronic parts and components and it is quite a bit seedier there too. Sim Lim Square is big time high tech with many floors of merchants mostly selling the same things. Shops with the CaseTrust certificate are usually more trust-worthy.

Sorry, no suggestions in Bangkok, I have only been out near Pattaya on buisness and there were no tech bargains there. But food and clothing bargains were everywhere.

No doubt about it the best phone for you is a T-Mobile Sidekick 3 or Blackberry. Depending on your age. Both have all the features specified. Personally I have the Sidekick 3. It's GREAT!

No phone in particular. Check all the phones that your service provider has available. Any cell phone with a 2.0 mega-pixel camera or more has a good camera. Most camera phones have 1.3 mega-pixel and trust me, 2.0 or higher is a huge difference and that would be the way to go. I know the moto RIZR has a 2.0 mega-pixel camera and it a tightass phone too. You have a pretty wide selection though because there are a lot of phones with a 2mp camera. Hope that helps

A couple of other options…
Do you have a friend with the same phone who has a cord you could borrow? Many phones use a mini-USB to USB cord which is also used to charge some phones from a computer, one may have been included in a parent's phone package (or friend's parent's phone) and be sitting in the box unused.
Do some checking to find out what cord you need and what other phones it fits, then check out the phones people you know have and see if they have the appropriate cord.
Does your phone take a memory card? Photos can be transfered from the internal memory to the card, then the card removed and downloaded direct to your computer (assuming you have the appropriate card reader available). Again, if you don't have these and can't afford them, do you have a friend you could borrow them from?
